Tai chi is a Chinese martial art practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. And apparently, in this video, it could also be used to make baking not only easier but a lot faster!

The video is a Chinese man demonstrating to his audience how to quickly sift, and transfer your cookie dough from one circular shallow basket to the next.

He uses his skills to expertly throw the little pieces of dough in the air, creating even spaces in between them. And just as you thought he was going to upturn the basket, he catches the little pieces of dough, not a piece broken or out of formation.

You can the amazement of the crowd and the comments are also filled with admiration for his skills.
